Pet Friendly Realtor

I thoroughly enjoy my work as a full time licensed Florida Realtor. I especially like working with buyers and sellers that own pets. This is something that is dear to me. I am a pet owner myself. I have two rescues at my home. I have Sunny , a 10-year-old yellow lab/ golden retriever mix that was taken from the local Humane Society at the ripe old age of 10 weeks. The other one, Sadie also a yellow lab/golden retriever mix, now 6 years old, rescued from a local kill shelter. Both of these dogs are obviously grateful and have brought much love into my life.

I truly love helping people with pets to relocate to communities that welcome them and their animals. Living here in SW Florida for the past 16 years, I have witnessed a lot of change. One is the rapid growth of gated communities. Some of these communities have certain limits for pets and pet sizes. What a dreadful thing to overlook if you were to purchase a home and after all is said and done, and the ink on your mortgage is dry, you find out that your pet is not within the limits of your selected community! I would love to be of assistance so that this never happens to you.

I found Linda by accident and what a great accident it was!!!! I was trying to buy a house from Illinois and the other agents were just useless they didn't want to work for me or with me. Linda was great she would send me tons of listings and I would send my husband and her out to view homes. She really was listening when I said I need a place for my dogs ( I am a dog trainer and my husband is contractor we need a big garage) Well we got 2 its was a his and hers garages and a fabulous move in ready house that we LOVE.
